Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include all tags, accessories, and original contents.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items returned after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or used shapewear
  • Undergarments without original hygiene seals (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The error was caused by Veloura.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return policy.
